Tin’s experience includes challenging and diverse roles within asset management, investment banking, financial services regulation, and the audit of financial services.
Tin is qualified as: a Chartered MSCI, a Fellow Chartered Global Management Accountant, Barrister of England and Wales. His first degree was a Masters in Computer Systems Engineering, which was dual honours in electronic engineering and computer science. Tin’s dissertation was in the computational analysis of multicompartmental pharmacokinetic mathematical models.
In addition, Tin has also renewed his machine learning skills by means of Andrew Ng's Deep Learning course. He has also given speeches on behalf of the FCA on prudential regulation and represented the UK's interests at IOSCO and various ESAs.
