Craig is a senior TPRM and supplier assurance expert with over 20 years' experience. He has a wealth of experience delivering transformational change across supply chains and third-party risk frameworks; and leads many of PA’s client assignments within Financial Services on TPRM and Supplier Assurance. Craig has lead Supplier Assurance teams within big 5 banks in the UK and has extensive experience working in Financial Services Procurement and Supplier Management functions. Previously, he was Programme Director at LBG for a large transformation programme delivered through an outsourced service model.

Embedding real-time monitoring, data integration, and scenario testing to move from static oversight to proactive resilience
- Transitioning from periodic, score-based assessments to continuous, real-time monitoring of critical third- and Nth-party risk indicators
- Designing scenario testing frameworks that validate impact tolerances, recovery capabilities, and operational resilience under stress
- Integrating external threat intelligence (cyber, financial, geopolitical) with internal operational and performance data
- Establishing early warning indicators and escalation triggers that drive timely and effective response
- Strengthening cross-functional coordination between TPRM, cyber, resilience, procurement, and operations teams
