Anifat is deeply committed to fostering a strong risk management culture within organizations, embedding best practices that enhance resilience and regulatory compliance. She was pivotal to the successful standardization of risk frameworks across FirstBank Group's subsidiaries in UK, DRC, Ghana, Senegal, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Gambia. She also played a critical role in the implementation and deployment of an integrated Governance Risk and Compliance Solution across the Group.
