Marcin brings over 24 years of experience across consulting, banking, and law enforcement, with a strong track record in cybersecurity leadership, strategy development, and building high-performing, diverse teams in global environments. He is recognized for his expertise in cyber strategy and threat management.

 

At Standard Chartered, Marcin established the global Purple Team and adversary simulation capability, and is currently focused on advancing threat-driven security operations in the context of the evolving AI landscape, emerging digital asset technologies, and increasingly sophisticated threats. Earlier in his career, he founded one of Poland’s first commercial Red Teams at Deloitte, as well as a pioneering cybersecurity within the National Internal Security Agency.
