I am a Policy Expert at the Digital Finance unit at the EBA. As part of the DORA team, I have been an alternate member at JC SC DOR, committee in charge of fulfilling DORA policy mandates, and I’m leading the project on oversight collaboration tools to set up the Oversight Framework. Among previous tasks, I have been seconded to the ECB for an ICT risk inspection and I have led the identification of potential critical third-party providers, modelling and analysing the data collected on a sample of financial institutions, which was published in September 2023 and has been key for the DORA policy development. My experience at the EBA also covers policy coordination and Q&As on investment firms and PSD2 areas.



Prior to joining the EBA, I have worked as a business strategy analyst at BT Global services and SFR (Vodafone France). I hold a dual MSc in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Télécom ParisTech.
