I am a Senior Operational Risk Officer working in the Second Line of Defence, with a focus on third party and outsourcing risk. I support independent oversight, regulatory alignment, and provide challenge to first-line activities associated with the third party risk management. Over the years, I have contributed to the development and improvement of third party risk frameworks, and have been involved in the areas such as compliance, sanctions, and supplier due diligence. This has given me a broad perspective on both strategic and practical aspects of vendor risk, and I am always keen to share experiences with others tackling similar challenges.
