Mickael is in an expert in charge of third-party risk management for ING Bank globally within the Global procurement department (first line of defence). He has been leading regulatory programs (EBA GL Outsourcing, Schrems II, DORA) with involvement in process design, data modelling, questionnaires, change management and management oversight.

 

After 6 years working for BCG in Paris, where he focused on large operations transformation program, Mickael joined Credit Agricole CIB to lead the transformation plan of their Global IT department. He later moved to New York with his family and took over the Sourcing and procurement team of the US branch of Credit Agricole, where a significant part of the job was on third party risk, under scrutiny of the FED and NYS DFS.
