Valentina Ramirez is the Head of Climate Strategy Implementation at IIGCC, where she leads work on implementing the Net Zero Investment Framework (NZIF), the Climate Resilience Investment Framework (CRIF), and integrating Nature, Emerging Markets, and Just Transition considerations into investor guidance. She previously oversaw IIGCC’s work on sovereign bonds, derivatives and hedge funds, and net‑zero benchmarks. An economist and CFA Charterholder, Valentina holds an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy from the LSE. Her career spans roles in Grupo Bancolombia, climate‑finance consulting for Genesis Analytics across Africa, and serving as Deputy Head of Natural Capital Advisory at CrossBoundary.
