Mathesh Sripraba is a specialist in climate risk and scenario analysis, contributing to the evolution of supervisory and industry practice. He co‑authored the Bank of England’s Climate Biennial Exploratory Scenario (CBES) findings and previously chaired the IAIS Scenario Analysis Workstream, helping shape international guidance for insurance supervisors. Mathesh also brings industry expertise from Baringa’s climate modelling team, where he supported financial institutions in developing robust transition and physical risk scenarios. He is currently a Technical Specialist at the Bank of England, leading supervisory assessment of firms’ implementation of SS5/25 and the integration of climate risk into governance, risk management and strategic decision‑making
