Leo leads IIGCC’s policy advocacy and engagement on sustainable finance regulation, supporting the development of IIGCC’s positions on key regulations and helping its members to navigate the regulatory landscape. He previously worked in PwC’s Financial Services Regulatory Insights team and as a consultant in KPMG’s financial risk management practice. He graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Modern History.
