
Celia Lambert - Alcantara
Head of ESG Compliance, Credit Agricole CIB
Celia Lambert-Alcantara is Head of ESG Compliance at Crédit Agricole CIB, the investment banking arm of the Crédit Agricole Group.
With a Master’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and International Affairs, and a strong international background, Celia has built over a decade of experience in the banking industry. She joined Crédit Agricole CIB in 2015, where she held several roles within the Compliance Department before being appointed Head of ESG Compliance in 2022.
In her current role, Celia oversees the Bank’s alignment with an increasingly complex framework of European and international sustainable finance regulations. She leads efforts to identify, manage, and mitigate greenwashing and ESG‑related compliance risks through robust supervisory controls and strategic advisory to business lines.
Recognized for her leadership in sustainability, Celia was named “Leader of Sustainability Under 35” by the French think tank HUB Institute.
